Cocktails for the headless.

A charming little cocktail titled:
THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN.- heads of course are optional

Headless Horseman

2oz vodka - optional
3 dashes bitters
Ginger ale
Sliced orange


Mix vodka and bitters in a collins glass. Add ice, top with ginger ale and add a slice of orange.

Alternative and completely un-recommended serving suggestion- mix and pour into shrunken head/tiki head beverage holder and float an eyeball or two on top!
