The cheated 


A dear friend of mine gifted me with what i am sure youw ill agree is a most Maudlin publication. This charming volume is packed full of inicidents in unfortunate lives and truly it is a gut wrenching read. Poor souls whose lives have been cut short and various tales of woe. But the real maudlin cincher is the the inscription it's past owner had left on the front page : "Mal, this book is so depressing i can't stand to read it myself; so i'll give it to you in tge hope that you will cope with it better. Happy Birthday and love, Chris."
